  • Visit the following link and ensure you save it to your bookmarks for future use. agent-login.okta.com
    Enter your username and password, and then select Sign In.
    If you see the error message Sign in failed! your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission.

  • Click the link below then enter your email address, an email will then be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

  • If your account has been locked you may be able to unlock it yourself if you have set up a mobile number or a secondary email.
    Click the link below to unlock your account using SMS to mobile or an email link. You’ll need to know the answer to your secret “Forgot Password” question.
    Okta locks your account when it notices a problem. For example, there are too many failed attempts to access it, or a suspicious sign in attempt from another country.

  • Your username is the email address you would normally use.

  • In most situations you would have received your activation link by email. Once you receive this email, click the link to start the activation process. The system will step you through the activation process and help you set up multifactor authentication (MFA).
    If you haven't received your activation email, please check your junk mail folder. Alternatively you may request a new activation link by contacting one of our support teams.

  • Use your email address you would normally use to access the system.

  • Agent Login is a name for our offering of the Okta platform. Okta is a platform used to make signing in to applications easier by allowing you to sign in once for multiple applications.
